All floors are installed nationwide by fully trained and certified SurgiTec personnel. Floor installations involving  under 1000 sq. ft can be completed, cured and returned to use on a Friday to Monday weekend schedule. There should be minimal surgical downtime. In addition, there should be little or no disruption to other rooms in your facility.

You will be assigned a Project Manager who will be onsite to keep your staff informed as to schedules, and will handle all onsite issues that may be encountered. Because our procedures are efficient, in many cases your OR staff will not even be aware of the work being undertaken in one of your rooms. We safely and secure the room and all equipment.  All of our installations are fully guaranteed and we carry full insurance coverage for your protection.

We provide professional, trained installation crews that will ensure complete success and 100% customer satisfaction for all projects that we are contracted to perform. You may consider our warranty more of a customer satisfaction program that means what we say – “If you are not completely satisfied, we will do whatever it takes to make it right – based on your expectations and not ours”

We warrant this coating/flooring system for a period of One Year against any and all defects in materials and workmanship.It is extended to the owners of the building only and is expressly in lieu of all other express warranties.  If damage from defects or workmanship occurs within the terms of this Warranty, we will repair any such damage free of charge during the warranty period, including removing and replacing other work as necessary to accomplish repair or replacement of flooring covered by this warranty.

In order to keep this Warranty in effect:  We reserves the right to inspect the floor, at our cost, once a year.

This Warranty does not apply to:

1.  Damage caused by substrate movement.

2.  Damage caused by chemicals exceeding the chemical resistance of the floor.

3.  Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence.

4.  Damage caused by contamination of substrate.

5.  Damage caused by improper maintenance.

6.  Damage caused by vapor drive.

SurgiTec Medical Grade Flooring is up to five times stronger than concrete alone. SurgiTec is a combination of Colored Quartz Aggregate fused together during application into a seamless surface, with specially formulated, high quality, clear, 100% solids, anti-microbial reinforced, Polymeric Epoxy/Urethane formulation. SurgiTec flooring will protect a new floor from industrial abuse and harsh chemical spillage, and will restore the old floor to a better than new condition. It is available in three different textures: standard non-skid, orange peel and smooth.

Chemical Resistant

Cleaning

All floors are installed with a minimum surgical downtime, in many cases as few as 48-72 hours. There should be little or no disruption to other rooms in your OR. We securely and efficiently cordon off the entire room and work area, we  safeguard and protect all OR equipment. SurgiTec’s job-site crews are thoroughly trained in hospital protocals and will at all times act as professionals in your facility. Our working crew is supervised at all times by a Project Manager assigned to your facility.  The Project Manager will interface with your staff and keep your team completely informed on schedules and procedures.
