The installation is done around the clock to to complete the project in a timely matter with minimum down time.
After the installation a complete walk through and maintenance check list is provided to the staff.
At this phase we focus on logistics, mobilization, and coordination. Coordination is crucial for the project the project. Special tooling will be specified at this point to fix floor variances in the operating room. All materials and tools will be shipped to the site location 2 weeks prior to the installation.
We follow an in depth 45 point check list to insure complete success of the installation.
Upon receipt of your floor plan, We evaluate your current operating room floor to determine if Surgitec is the right fit. Facilities with major floor failures may opt for a Core sample analysis. In which, lab analysis will determine the correct path of floor remediation.
After analysis, Surgitec produces a full report which goes over the projected cost savings of using a Surgitec Floor, detailed analysis on the installation, cost and logistics of installation.
